Cold weather "interference" from speakers?

does anyone else's audio system have a high-pitched squeal or interference-like noise when its cold out? Mine does it every morning this winter, regardless of which source (cd, fm, Ipod) and then after about 15 min. of driving it goes away.

I doubt its anything serious, but damn is it annoying.

There are a couple of threads already discussing this and it seems to be the factory amp going bad.
