Changing temperature faster

I know this probably doesn't belong here. But I can't find info on this ANYWHERE. I don't have my users manual and I don't know where to look anyways. And it's a very stupid question. But is there a way to quickly change the temperature on your dash from high to low or vice versa? I find pressing and holding to be slower than just hitting the button 30 times fast. But it's a little inconvenient. Sorry for dumb question!

Edit: sorry forgot car info. Acura tl 2005 with no navigation

In my case i use voice commander.
You can say "temperature 72" than your navigation will repeat your order.
Also you can change the fan speed by your order.

Hope this will help you.

The OP says he has no navigation. Hence, no voice commands. I don't believe there's a shortcut if you don't have the voice control.
