I have an 07 Acura TL-S and whenever I load a CD, whether it be an MP3 CD or regular CD, every time I select Track List I have to wait for the songs to load. In other cars I've been in with similar navigation systems the track list only needs to load the first time and then every other time you select Track List the songs will already be loaded. I'm wondering if this is in issue with only my car or if anyone else has had this issue.

 

I got the same vehicle and I have the same issue....the track list takes forever to load each time I select it.....not sure if this just started occuring for you....I just bought the car used and just assumed this is the way it should be....

 

It's always been like that. At first I thought it was because I wasn't using itunes, but i tried a CD burned from there and still have the same issue. My friend's 08 honda civic only has to load it once and then they display every other time you go to Track List and I thought it's the same navigation system, but maybe ours doesn't have that feature or something. It's really annoying though

 

does anyone have an answer to this or the similar problem?

 

Funny thing withn my 08. Some times I'll hit list and it'll show nothing. But the funny thing is on my 08 accord navi i previously owned, if you hit track list if you are playing track 57, it'll start th list at track one. The acura will start the list at track 57. It amazes me how Alpine/Windows CE doesnt make systems for one brand more integrated so that when or if u buy another Honda/Acura product, it should be barely a learning curve other than learning the new words and features of the newer system. Does that make since?

 

So there's no way to fix this?
