CD stopped working.

Hello.

Something happened in my 2006 TL. I have the original DVD-A system and yesterday it stopped working. When press the CD/Tape button nothing is happening. I have 6 DVD-A's inside and when I press the eject button, I can hear the motor working, but nothing comes out. I do not know what to do now. I guess, I can take to the dealship and see what they can do. I hope it is under warranty.

I would think it's warranty unless you used discs with your own stick-on labels on them. Labels can come off in the player and then that's a bad thing and usually your problem.

You need your radio code for this but ... You might try pulling the head unit (HU) fuse and then re-powering the HU to see if it clear it.

I had same problem on my 07 and they change it. I have to wait about a 1 1/2 month up to they got the part. They suppose to send me back the CDs stucked inside. It will take few months to get them back tough...

Thanks.

I'll be taking it to the dealership in a week.
