CD player is toast
My 6 disc player says 'ERE'.According to the service rep it will be $500-700 to have overhauled. He says to to go to BestBuy and have them put in an aftermarket unit for $ 300. Any suggestions. I am not a head banger and do not need any thumping!!

The same thing happened to my cd changer today. I dicided to take the TL out for a drive and tried listening to my cd's and nothing. Mode would not even go into CD.

did the same hear earlier this year, took it to acura for a warranty replacement.

No warranty here,mine is an '03. The dash looks so clean, I hate to muddle it up with an after market unit.
