Today as im driving I turn my cd player off to take a call and then turn it back on and it keeps saying busy for about 1 minunte and then it says error. I ejected all the disk and put them back in and it keeps doing this. Anyone have any idea on how I can fix it?? I was out of town and still had alot of driving to do so I called XM and got a 5 month subscription and I must say I am very dissapointed... I hear one good song I wanna hear about once a hour.. The rest of the time im browsing through the channels... If anyone can give me some advice on how to fix my cd player and what do you think about XM? I will be canceling mine....

When my player died (it had the same symptoms as yours), I sent it away to an eBay merchant who specializes in repairing the 6-disc changer in our TL's. This is not an uncommon issue for these cars. It set me back $180, but was well worth it, as I can't stand radio and hadn't installed an iSimple yet.

XM is OKAY, not great in my book. Some people love it (like my mum) but others (like me, and, it sounds like, you) just can't get into it. If you love it and drive on long journeys through the desert or wherever, it's worth it. Otherwise, I vote no.
