CarPC, non-Nav, Climate Control display info

Ok, I searched but didn't really find what I was looking for. Not even sure if this is possible...

Just purchased an 06 NBP TL base, and I'm going to replace my non-nav LCD with a CarPC. I'd rather not move the lcd to the storage area just to see the climate control info.

I've been searching online for the part number for the Nav-equipped display (sub-screen?), and came across this:

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...1=&inputstate=

So, three questions:

1) Is this the display I'm looking for (clock with climate info)?

2) I'm assuming it wouldn't be a simple fit, would I need a separate wiring harness, or something else entirely?

3) Is this even remotely possible?

Thanks in advance

That is the sub-display for the navi system that display's the hvac, audio, clock, etc.

You're also going to need the navi display boards to make it work. You'll lose some of the audio control and you can't set the clock.

Let me know how it come out. I'm wanna do this too.

I think I remember him saying that the clock had to be reset each time he started the car.

Something similar. TBH the clock resetting isn't a big deal, front end of the carpc can display time. But if I need certain boards from a nav unit, I'll have to rethink my approach.

Biggest issue is that I'd like to keep the storage area, since I have a lot of misc crap I use daily in there. Guess I could just use the arm rest though...
