I just purchased a 08' tl-s and am very happy with it. I can not find any where how to change the navigation voice. Does the unit only have one voice. Thanks for the help.

On the '08s there is only the one voice. I believe the nav manual mentions this.

Not sure in 08's but try this:
press the Phone button
say 'system'. it will give you two options. SETUP or CLEAR.
say SETUP. here you can change the voice.

Before version 4.62 there were two voices; 1 male, 1 female.

So it's not like there was some great selection and you're missing out on the sexy French Maid voice or something.

its just the female voice, but you could spend a few hours and re-record it all.

I have a 08 tls and the female voice is not too bad. But almost everyday when I turn the car on there is a message explaining the features of the car and the male voice is simply terrible. Anyway to turn off those stupid messages?

1 voice would be fine with me. I don't like the male voice, so I always ride with "her".
