Can the Panasonic ELS Surround Sound processor be removed and put into an Accord?

I was wondering the answer to this question for quite some time. I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX V6 with navigation. I like the Surround Sound system in the 2004 Acura TL. Is it possible to remove the Panasonic ELS Surround Sound Processor and install it into my Accord? What components would be needed? Where is the surround sound processor located in the TL? Does anyone know where I can get one from a ruined TL?

I moved this to our 3G Audio subforum, but you might want to post this in the main Audio & Video forum if you don't get enough responses here.

Most likely the answer is no. To find out for shure, need to look through the schematics for both cars and compare.
