Both cigarette lighters have no power

Does anyone know how to restore power to the two cigarette lighters (one in front, another one inside the storage) for 2007 acura tl-s ? I wanted plug a charger in and realized they both have no power.

I have tried to search this topic but can't find it so sorry if I am being redundant. Thank you all.

The fuse block diagrams are both on the fuse box covers and in the owner's manual in the section after regular maintenance (available on-line at Owner's Manual & Warranty | Acura | Acura Owners Site).

Check out fuse #9 in the interior under-dash fuse box and fuse #15 in the underhood fuse box.

You probably know this, not trying to be a douche, but they only work when the car is on. Some cars work no matter what.
