Bluetooth/Voice recognitin problem. Is this common?

I've noticed, using HFL/Bluetooth that's it's almost impossible to get the right name or set of numbers recgonized correctly while driving. But once I get to a complete stop, it's about 95% right in recognizing.

Anyone else can relate? Is this normal? Is there a quick fix? Do I need to send the car in? Anything, please advise.

Thanks in advance.

Imho...

Our HFL seems to require additional works in this recognizing software... for now, I'd suggest you to practice more under "safe" and "comfortable" driving conditions. You would find the better tone and methods to talk to your HFL soon.

I spent almost 3 weeks to learn how to speak properly to my system.
