Ok, so I just purchased an 04 base TL with navi. Originally my TL came with a 1tb0 faceplate for the stereo but it wouldn't play any CDs. So I told the dealer about this and they said they'll fix it free of charge.
They did fix that problem by changing faceplates with another TL (05 I believe) from their lot except this faceplate is a 1tb2 and now the bluetooth isn't working properly. The other person says they hear me but my stereo doesn't mute the music and switch to the call.
I'm wondering if this is the problem because with the 1tb0 stereo I was able to make and receive bluetooth calls. Right now I don't even hear the voice prompt or anything.
I love this car but I don't want it to be a headache for me.
