Bluetooth Phones in the 3G?

Hello,
Was wondering what your experiences were using the "GUI type mega phones" such as a Blackberry, Iphone 3G, Nokia e71x, Samsung Impression, etc, connected through Bluetooth in the 3G TL (2008)??

My idea, was to purchase a compatible phone, connect it via bluetooth in my TL and stream music from the internet instead of using the crappy XM radio (that seems to be dropping stations eveytime I get into my car).

thoughts?
thanks a bunch. D

TL's Bluetooth has only Phone Profile.

Therefore, it won't take Audio Streaming from your phone.

Sorry, dude.

^^ What he said.

Also, I have not been successful in even pairing my E71 (unlocked) to my TL, but it could be an issue with the bluetooth in the 3G TL's.

My E65, which is the same OS and standards pairs just fine. Any S60 3rd Edition, or S60 any edition for that matter should pair.

I use BlackBerry Curve 8300, with out any issues via bluetooth, I also have xm. I am not sure what you are reffering to
crappy XM radio (that seems to be dropping stations eveytime I get into my car).
sure the signal gets dropped when I am in downtown parking lot, but over all I am pretty pleased with it.......

Perhaps there is a problem with yours antenna is blocked or something like that?

the only gripe that I have with xm is when they changed stations around. hopefully they will change it back or I will drop it like a bad habit.
