Bluetooth/HFL Module Compatibility ?

Bluetooth/HFL Module Compatibility ?
The HFL on my TL hasn't been working since I acquired the car and I'm looking at my options of replacing it. Would a HFL module from another model Acura (RDX, MDX, TSX, RL) work in the TL?
I noticed the part numbers from a TSX module are slightly different than the TL, but fcc id and ic numbers are exactly the same. If I just wanted to replace the HFL, could I use the one from the TSX with success? Or are all the modules specific to their model?
