bluetooth adaptor for audio in 3.5 jack?

anyone know of any kind of bluetooth adaptor that can be plugged into using a 3.5mm jack that goes to the headunit?

Ill try to explain in different words: I have a 3.5mm jack that I can use to hook up an mp3 player to my stereo through the cd changer in the back. is there a bluetooth adaptor that can be connected to this so i can wirelessly connect to my stereo through this connection?

Thanks

RIM makes something like this too. I think it's called the Blackberry Music Gateway. I've been tempted to get one, but I don't want to lose my HFL connectivity just to play music. So, I just live with my iPod.
