Push the phone button and say "system setup."
If there is a response, follow the instructions given by the HFL (Hands Free Link, i.e. Bluetooth) to link your phone to the car.
If there is no response, then you should troubleshoot with the owner's manual. If that doesn't work, you may have to go to the dealer.
