Blue tooth

I have a Palm Treo 755, linked to my 07 TL. No problems until; One day I backed into my drive way and put the car in Neutral and pulled the handbrake and turned the igntion off before putting the car in park.

After I realized what I did, I put the car in park but turned the key a couple of times to get it out, turning the ignition on and off. I think this gave the HFL a heart attack because now it wont automatically link to my phone.

I deleted the phone then relinked it. The HFL will see my phone and tell me it has linked to it but after it returns to the main menu from linking it wont connect to my phone.

I figured to deleted the HFL device from my phone, and delete the phone from the car and just wait a few days and try again. Still no luck. Did I bust something

I linked it last night. The only thing different I did was use access code 5555, instead of 1234. Go figure.

Also, what helps (I have a Treo 680), is to powercycle your phone (turn it off, then back on). It should link everytime after that!

With my 755 powering off & on whenever it wants I have no problems.

My wife's motorola razor never re-links with her car (TSX), she always has to do it over again when ever she turns the ignition off.

incoming calls dropped-moto 755

Sorry to highjack your thread.

I have a new motorola moto 755 that drops incoming callers. It will dial out nicely but incoming calls are a pain now. This phone replaces a Razr that used to work well and quit....its the same malady. Has anyone else had this happen? The Acura dealer found nothing wrong with the TL and paired sucessfully their Blackberry to it.

This phone is approved to use with our system BTW.

Thanks,

QuickRick

check the settings on your phone, maybe your phone is automatically transferring the calls from HFL to the phone.
