Any quality 4300K bulb. 5000K max if you want a little more whiteness, past that it's too blue/glares/loses output, ie rice. Osram or Phillips, Morimoto on a budget.

I'm not really on a budget, I'm just looking to buy the best quality parts for my car. Between Osram and Phillips which would you choose?

The Philips have been the best performers for a long time, but some people think they're just a touch too yellow, the Osram CBI's take care of that by being a little whiter and just as bright, the Osram SVS puts out more lumens than the Philips bulb does but costs twice as much.
