I was just wondering how much our local dealers would charge for the kit and installation. And more imporatntly are u happy with the sound quality? I know a lot of people are dissapointed because it is not interactive but I would hope the sound is decent - like playing a cd.

I just ordered music link for ipod and will be doing installation at dealer hopefully next week or so. I've got it at Pohanka acura in chantilly for 599+tax for part and installation charges. I think the dealer is marking up the price too much. When asked, my salesman said it takes roughly 3 hours to install. Then, the service manager told me that they will go over step by step in operations after the install so I can use the system to full extent. I'll write more after I get them installed.

Dude you got taken! My dealer only wanted $400 installed. It should only be 2 hours for dealer install.
