I ran the remote wire to the drivers side fuse box. Used the add-a-circuit method on fuse... i think....31? or 32? which ever one is responsbile for ACC (bluetooth, radio etc)
and for the sub, i just tapped into my OEM sub, added a hi-lo, and hooked up the amp... alot easier on this car then it looks

well said, getting a LOC for 20-30 bucks is alot easier then getting crazy and running wires all over the car, I have had my sub/amp installed just as blackura said and its been running strong for the last 6 months

yea i did the same install on both my TL's.. worked like a charm.... 07+ you need to disable the ANC mic (behind the rear dome lights, unplug the green harness) otherwise, you'll get terrible feedback with the doors closed....
ive actually been thinkign about getting into an advanced install... not too much info on here regarding that
