Amp/Sub stopped working

Well, here's what happened, my amp wouldn't turn on when I got in my car this morning, and I though possibly the connection got loose. Then I move the amp and found the power cord still connected, so I was like it must be a fuse. I go to Car Toys and the guy comes out and looks at it and says the 2 fuses in the amp (2 25A's) were blown. He go gets 2 more and replaces them. The amp turns on, and we test everything. The sub hit twice then died and the amp was still on. So the guy says it is Easter and he has to work on it tomorrow (despite nobody being there except employees and me and they had 11-5). I say ok, and they put me in for 5 tomorrow after school. Then I leave. At this point, the sub would hit beats for about 10 seconds after the car received electricity. Then my brother (who knows a little about subs and amps) touched some wires and plugged and unplugged the sub from the amp. Then we plug it back in and the amp won't turn on. So I take out the 2 fuse Car Toys changed and they looked fine. So idk what the problem is anybody with ideas?

Recheck all your wires.

I'm guess everywhere? The wires look fine when connected to the amp. That means I'll have to take of a lot of panels, and possibly the seats. I think I might leave Car Toys to do that...too much work.

Jus check to see if you getting power and ground and remote into the amp and go from there. Isolate the problem to which one it is first.
