Anyone receive their navi from alpine but it didnt work? Just got mines today, installed it, but still the same problem-navi freezes and wont load. I called alpine and they said everything should work as they replaced the parts but they are willing to try and fix it again.

I guess send it back and let them have another go at it. If your positive that your put it back together correctly, etc then just send it back. I need to send mine off soon!!

yeah i made sure the connections were correct... its definitely the dvd drive, my only concern is if they didnt fix it the first time, what can they do to fix it this time around?
