Alarm on/off makes sound system light up

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this situation with their sound system and alarm system: every time I lock or unlock the car with the alarm remote, the two amps, 3Sixty.2 sound processor and the sub remote all flash their lights, as if they're getting a power surge from the car lights turning on and off with the alarm. I would guess that can't be good for the equipment -- does anyone know how to stop it from doing that? I'm also getting some engine noise through the subwoofer wires, and I'm betting these two problems are related.

Thanks in advance for any help.

How do you have your 3sixty.2 and amps hooked up?

There's a power adapter hooked up the power wire on the the stock amp, and the lead heads from there to 3Sixty and two amps. Everything was installed at a shop, so I don't know exactly what wires got tapped into.

Umm...
It's normal.

The vehicles interior dash illumination (including the front radio buttons... but not the radio power) flashes on/off in unison with the external flashers to acknowledge the arming/disarming of the alarm.

But that's what I don't understand: the remote turn-on adapter is connected to the stock amp power lead. I don't think that would be receiving power during the light-flashing when the alarm is set.
