Aftermarket radio. A few specif Q's

Ok, I have a few specific questions about an after market radio. I want to get a new radio because I am tired of the limitations of mine.
1. I want to get a pioneer double din unit.
2. I still want my bluetooth to work for my phone.
3. I want to leave the factory speakers and amp in place.
4, I want to still be able to use my steering wheel controls for the radio.
Is all of this possible, and how? Or if not, which is not possible?

I am looking at this unit Pioneer FH-X820BS CD receiver at Crutchfield.com

It has built in bluetooth so i can pair my phone directly if needed. There is a steering wheel control adapter for it. Can i run it through the factory amp? Who makes a factory harness kit for my car? Is it easy to fab the install kit to install the radio? And where do people get the console trim pieces without the radio knob cutouts?

Can't answer most of your questions, I know very little about the sound system in the TL, but the console trim pieces without the knob cutouts are all DIY. Basically fill the holes and paint/wrap in vinyl.

Check out that link for some install tips, you don't need to buy a kit. Metra makes the wiring harness needed, Metra also makes the ASCW-1 for retaining steering wheel controls (some are easier to keep than others), I'm too lazy to link those right now, but their website has a compatibility guide. You're going to have to bypass the factory amp (search for it). This is going to cause serious volume loss unless you get another amp.

Just about every question you've asked has been asked before, hopefully it will all be consolidated soon.

Lastly, if your new HU supports XM, you'll have XM.
