After market Nav/Audio Unit

So I am thinking of an after market Nav/Audio unit. I have an 04 TL Non-Nav.

Here are the two I have in mind.

My questions are...
1. Will this fit right in where the factory deck is?

2. Has anyone used either of these? What do you think?

3. Is there anything out of the ordinary with are cars I would need to know as regards to install?

Thanks.

it will fit but some work will be required. No dash kits are made for our cars, so trying to get a radio to look good will be hard. As well the upper screen will be partially obsolete as the factory radio is no longer there, but you will need to keep it to have the A/C and stuff work properly.

I was just informed about a noise canceling device in are cars that has to be disconnected or removed when installing after market equipment.

Anyone know what there talking about or how to get to it?

Only the 07-08 TL-S has the noise cancelation, not the 04-06 TL nor the 07-08 Base TL.

There are a lot of DNX models. The one I have posted above I have not seen in person. That's why I was wanting some input on that one.
The one I have seen I think was the 6140 or something like that. I didn't buy that one because a lot of the reviews I read said it had terrible bluetooth issues and some various other thing going on with it.
