Adding an amp to the front speakers

Ive done many searches and still can't find an answer. I just want to add an amp to the cabin speakers. I will use a 4 channel and do the doors and rear deck. I don't care about the center channel. I know how and where to wire the amp except for where I am tapping into the speakers. I have read you need to tap in after the stock amp but I am not sure what harness and what wires. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a thread from '04 or '05 that has every wire color and what it goes to on both pre and post stock amp. If you can't find it, I have it saved in my favorites on my home computer and I'll get it for you when I get home. I believe it was a thread by "Death to Toasters".
