Acura TL NAVI freeze *Need Help*

Hi,
When I press the Menu button and Address or anything that include a destination the navi freeze. I need to push the audio button to make it work again. What should be the problem?

Try using voice controls-- "Display menu," "category," etc.

If the voice controls work, the problem is probably the buttons.

Commands for voice control are accessed through the "Info" button and are also listed in the Navi manual.

If the voice controls also do not work, then the problem is probably a component of the Navi, or the drive itself.

It could also be your navi drive. If the voice commands do not work you may need to get your navi drive serviced. I believe it is around 180.00 to have alpine repair it.
