ive got a brand new JBL GTO938 loudspeaker that id really like to install in my tl. I allready have two of the 6.5inch versions in my front doors and the quality and bass response is perfect. I dont know where id like to install the speaker, but i think the front center seems to be my only option but will require a modified fit. Is it possible to install this? and if so where should i put it

Unless you're running a processor like the MS8, there's very little information coming from the center and it's not worth the upgrade. If you have an MS8 it's the most important speaker. You can fit a large speaker in there with no mods. 6x9 should fit depending on the depth. Pull the clock display out (I use a butter knife to pry) and you'll see how much room is in there. I really don't know if it's worth it to try to fit this speaker just because you have it. I have a 6.5" in the center and half the cone is covered up. The fab work to fit in in the other locations such as the rears would not be worth it.

ive been hunting for a decently prices MS8 for days now lol. I think im gonna go with rims first then make the MS8 my priority

MS8 wouldn't really benefit you at this stage anyways. Good choice
