2014 Navigation DVD 4.c0

This guy is selling the normally $149 disks for $100 (before best offer) on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-Honda-A...91493a&vxp=mtr

My question is, have any of you guys bought from him? I'd like to know the legitimacy of the so claimed "OEM". It's selling like hot cakes, and apparently he must have gotten a hold of at least 50 of these "new but used" DVDs.

I recently bought this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Acura-Honda-Navigation-OEM-DVD-Version-4-B1-White-2013-/251465653975?pt=Car_Audio_Video&hash=item3a8c855ed7&vxp=mtr
Turns out, it was a bootleg disk. When compared to the oem 2008 disk that I have, the letters etchings weren't as cleared and the burnt media on the rainbow side shaped like an oval and not a perfect circle as would any normal functional disk. Needless to say, my nav threw an error. The seller refunded my money without any questions. But apparently other people who bought the same DVD are using it just fine?
