No, you're not missing anything. If you just go to the website and search 2004,5,6 TL, you'll come up with the $185 screen. They figure only a small percentage of people will find the $99 page anyway.

There's already a bunch of guys buying these discs and reselling them on ebaY for more than $99. Heck, I'm considering buying one and dumping my 2010 / 3.9 disc there so I can get the 2011 / 3.A0 fa nuttin!
