I read the thread on here about the additional sub interference problem on the tl type s and I have had mine since November and I just found this site and have been dealing with thie issue ever since... Can anyone tell me the exact steps to removing the the wires from the two ANC mics in front and back of the car... I tried but i didnt want to break anything therefore i stopped until i could get some feedback from you guys about the whole situation. I even called acura to see fi they would do it and they gave me a strong NO!!! please help its driving me crazy and i also heard that it takes away from the dbs that your speaker is actually supposed to be producing

Are you talking about an aftermarket sub that you have added to your car or the factory sub inside the car?

If its an aftermarket sub then apparently they have two mics like you said to disconnect. I can't remember where they are but you can probably search the forums and find out the exact details.

If its the stock sub thats giving probs and doesn't sound good then that should be under warranty. Unless it sounds fine and you just think you can get more out of it. Then I doubt the dealership will do anything about it.
