2004 TL Navi problem

Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me out wtih an issue that started after reading https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/how-reset-address-book-user-1-2-a-781568/. I wanted to reset all address info and map information on my 2004 TL since I got an updated navi DVD. I followed the instructions on the 2nd post of that thread and after hitting the "mem clr" button it seemed to wipe out everything pertaining to the navi system

The system rebooted and the Acura logo showed up as usual, but then a black screen and that's where it stays. The radio and XM work fine and the screen shows the radio information, but no mapping info. I can still get into the diagnostic screen and even tried loading the software from the DVD but same result.

Is there a fix for this??

Thanks!
