Hello everybody. I just picked up my 2004 TL. Love the car but right away started having DVD Nav problems. I learned from this site and its members that I should contact Alpine and have them fix my Nav. unit. I will try and see if I can open and clean the unit myself before I send it to Alpine. Thank you guys.

I'd suggest that you not open up the unit and instead try some compressed air with the little straw or try using one of the cd's with the little cleaning brushes
