'07 navi/aud system in '06?

'07 navi/aud system in '06?
I am so angry now that I heard '07 will have track info for cds and mp3/wma playback! Do you think it will be possible to somehow upgrade to the '07 navi system? Would this be done through a dealer, a separate purchase, etc?
