You can purchase the Camera Sub-Wire (P/N 32109-SEP-A00) and Rearview Camera Assy (P/N 39530-SEP-A01) from the Acura e-store site for $23 and $678 respectively. That has the typical 200-400% manufacturer markup so you would be better off buying the Wendy's or equiv and associated extra H/W to make it work.
