Does anyone know if you can buy the backup camera from acura (the one on the 07) and install it on a 04-06?

YES and NO...

YES you can buy this camera (assume it would be very expensive) and install it, however, you will have to buy a unit (Dom's or AVelectronics) to display the image onto your navigation screen.

You can purchase the Camera Sub-Wire (P/N 32109-SEP-A00) and Rearview Camera Assy (P/N 39530-SEP-A01) from the Acura e-store site for $23 and $678 respectively. That has the typical 200-400% manufacturer markup so you would be better off buying the Wendy's or equiv and associated extra H/W to make it work.
