07-08 radio to 04-06
Hi.
I'm wondering that if I buy 07-08 base radio unit and install to 04-06 base, will it work?
I really want to have mp3 playback deck instead go with AUX or other way.
Please let me know.

I believe it's been done, but you do need some additional wiring harnesses, etc. to make it work. It's not a cheap swap though. If you want MP3 playback, you may want to consider installing an iPod adapter to your existing head unit; these solutions are usually between $100-$200. Much cheaper than getting the '07-08 version.
