If you set the fade to the front and then balance left to right do your front speakers (mid in door and tweeter in dash) make exactly the same sound? My driver side speakers seem to not produce the highs as well or be quite as loud.

Thoughts?

 

I have exactly the same problem on my 08 TL non-navi. I'm taking it to the dealer for the second time. The first time, they replaced the door speaker. That did not solve the problem. I can tell the tweeter is working because when I put my hand over it, it reduces the sound.

What could cause this problem?
