I just got a blue tooth phone and I can't get into the handsfree menu to setup anything. When I say "system" it puts me into the navigation setup or it tells me what time is is or which restaurant is nearby etc. I also can't get into "phone setup".

I paired a bluetooth phone about a year ago without any problem. (It wasn't my phone so I never used it).

Does anyone have any suggestions? The computer doesn't seem to know what I'm saying. Is there anyway to reset the whole think?

 

are you sure you are pressing the correct voice button. If you press the one in the back it will be the voice commands for the navigation. If you press the button that is on the face of the steering wheel then it should accept your phone commands.

 

OMG I'm it's finally happening I'm turning into my father. Thanks it as been a long week. It helps if you press the correct buttons. LOL
