Lightbulb Xenon Bulb/Headlight help...

I'm looking to replace my projector beam bulb with a super-bright, super-blue (like really blue - not "bright white") bulb and possibly replace my foglight with an HID bulb.

Does anyone know or suggest a brand/model bulb that will fit the '06 projector beam and emits a high-quality blue light... and/or an HID bulb to fit into the foglight. I'm on a time constraint and would appreciate help - thanks.

PHILIPS ULTINON 6000K D2S's are the best out there. GE also makes a decent 6000K for the price. I have 6000K's and love them, and 6000K fogs.

I agree whole heartedly with Ding. I picked up a set of Phillips Ultinons and I have never been happier. For my fogs, I simply replaced with a set of PIAA Yellow Plasma Ion bulbs.

KAIXEN is an excellent brand also. Kaixen is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer that develops and builds its own components (unlike some companies that buy them from China and re-assemble it). It currently holds E13, TUV, and QS9000 quality certifications. It is the only other company in the world (other than Phillips) to have developed the diamond-shape bulbs.

8500K would be extreme blue. You can get upgraded HID bulbs plus a HID conversoin kit for your fogs to have them match.

I think you would like the 8000k bulbs. I also suggest the phillips bulbs, from the research I have done, they are the brightest bulbs you can get, other manufactures use blue tint on the bulbs itself, but phillips doesnt. If you are looking for a blue/white foglight you should also get an hid conversion kit, however if you want an inexpensive way, I have found hoen halogen bulbs to match the OEM hid's perfectly www.hoenusa.com.
