Get the type s... if you back is sore go to your doc and tell em to write you a refferal for physical therapy, take of work a couple times to do physical therapy and finally get a scan of your back... if all is well return to work... keep in contact with your insurance co about your pain and keep all your paperwork and you can receive a nice hefty check for bodily injury that would be more than enough to get new wheels for the type s... heck my cousin got like 15k and he just had a bruise from the seatbelt

I am not one that believes in getting rich off accidents. However I feel that if your back hurts you should get it checked properly. My sister got rear ended by a dump-truck in her civic and ignored the back pain. Now 10 years later she is still dealing with the pain. Even if it was my fault, I would go and get a proper check to save future problems. Good luck and sorry to hear.

Glad you are OK. On a very serious note - ask your lawyer to request the cell phone of *both* drivers. If either of them was on the phone you have an almost perfect case of driver negligence.
