Well I wanted to get 30% tints all around on my car but having nj tint laws which are really gay, im having second thoughts..

You think I should just do the back or its not even worth it unless I do the drivers sides too?

 

Plus I got smoked taillights and headlights

 

Go with 30 onthe backs andd 50 on the front 2 .. this way the fronts are tinted but don't draw the attention cuz the backs are darker.

i have 15% all the way around except the winshield in nj and get pulled over maybe once every 2 months just for tints. but to me the even tint all the way around looks soooo much better than leaving the front windows alone or a lighter shade....

 

I live in paramus and the cops can be really bad at times but who knows I agree it totally looks better with it..

you get ticketed every 2 months? haha

 

I had 15% on my 05 TL and used it as an excuse for the cop to give me a ticket as he was writing me up for 20MPH+. I told him why not ticket me for my tint instead of my speed and he did so. Food for though

 

i know paramus well . I work between park ridge and hackensack so im always through there!!! now i said i get pulled over once every 2 months, not ticketed (whole family is cops from saddle brook)

as a jersey native i agree with the once every two months statistic...sux..but i love the tint.. I wouldnt tint the back or miss match. any tint can get u pulled over so i would go as dark as u like.just be quick with the auto roll down..i went 25% i would went darker if i would have known they would be giving me problems.. i dont know where ur located but stay away from monmouth county...

 

noxfr0st, yea pba cards are hit or miss with the cops up here. you have to have the gold shield, card that goes with it and a personal inscribed gold card to get away with the stuff i do but just go ahead and tint it all the way around, looks sooo much better and your going to be kicking yourself later if you dont

 

ive had 35% up front and 5% in the back and havent been pulled over once yet. i live in bergen county and the tints have been on for almost a year now.
