Worn Switchblade - Replacing casing and buttons

Just curious if anyone has done this?

Most key searches come up with replacing a 04-06 with a switchblade.

My switchblade is awful worn buttons and I would love to repace them.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I do not want to reprogram a new key if i can help it.

They don't sell the button and casing separate; only the key as a whole.

Sorry.

My key is worn too, and you can't tell the difference between the unlock and lock button unless you own the car haha
