wiring angel eyes

I am going to attempt to blackout my headlights and install angel eyes later this week. I've done plenty of searching but I still can not find a definite answer about wiring the angel eyes. I know that you can tap into the green wire for the wiper motor for (+) switched power, but where would you recommend hooking the (-) wire to? Also for those who have done this, where did you mount the ballasts?
Thanks

I'm looking for the same answer guys. Also if anyone has done a dedicated switch instead of a power tap, any suggestions on wiring that up?

I do recall seeing a while back an interior photo where there was a custom switch to the left of the steering wheel (same area as fog lights and dash dimming light). Anyone got a link to that? Thanks

I cant help you with the switch but all you need for a ground is a part of the frame. Get a self taping sheet metal screw and use rough sand paper to get any paint off, then just screw it down.
