Wiper Blades for Winter

Whats a good brand of Wiper blades for the snow ? I'm currently using RainX, there doing okay. Works great when its just raining, but in this bad weather they don't do a great job.

What is everyone else using ?

Me neither. The winter is almost done man, why switch to some kind of dedicated snow wiper at this point? I'm using whatever came on the car and it has been fine.

I don't know of any wiper specifically made for snow/winter weather. Most people recommend you replace your blades once a year, usually in the spring, like around April, after they have been hammered through the winter months by the snow, sleet, and ice!

They have winter blades but I think they sell them more at the start of the season...might not be on the shelves at this time.

I just bought some Proline blades. My last two Rain-X blades got stuck to my windshield and ripped so I am saving a few pennies and buying low end wiper refills. That being said I looked at the high end wiper arms; they all had the same single edge blade; it was the arms that made the difference.

You can still buy winter items; they aren't on sale yet.

I was gonna get the ones from costco but they never have the 26' size. So i went to pepboys and got the new rain X ones for like $15 a wiper blade .Have done wonders in the rain/snow and very quiet....

I bought Bosch IKON blades from Autozone (they were running a buy one, get 50% off the other special) shortly before the winter.

I normally flip the wiper arms up before snow anyway, but I never had any issues with ice, or blades sticking to the windshield. Probably the best wiper blades I've had on a car.
