Windshield wiper motor wire

I need help identifying the positive wire from the windshield wiper motor.

I have halos that I would like to connect to that as a power source, but I can't seem to figure out which wire is the correct one. I've searched multiple times, but nothing comes up. I remember seeing a pic on this site somewhere, but I still can't find it. A pic would really help out. Thanks

Do you the mean positive wire TO the wiper motor?? It's the GREEN wire. Comes directly from fuse#11 (30 Amp) in the under dash fuse box....

Halos are the angel eye light rings that are mounted around the projectors of headlights. They are mostly known as the lit circle on BMW headlights. On the TL, they are considered custom because the owner has to take the headlights apart to install. Search angel eyes or halos and you'll see a pic of them on some member's cars.

Thanks and yeah, that's what I meant.. So maybe I can tap at that fuse location with "add a fuse" instead of tapping the wire?

Ah, OK. I have always known them as 'angel eyes.' I hadn't heard the term 'halos' before. Thanks for the explanation.

Sorry to bring the thread back but if we wire them to wiper motor , is there anything different than " add a fuse" ? ( not about turn on and off )

Nah I don't believe so.

They both function the same; providing power.

Just looks cleaner with "add a fuse".

thanks, I want to do a little research before start the project. Just worry a little bit about the power because I have no real practical experience with electric stuffs.

I just received the angel eyes today. I have the wire harness from Umnitza. Can I just hook the positive straight to the battery ? There are also trigger wires which I don't know where to hook.
