I live in Torrance but went to Best Window Tinting in Tustin anyhow. It is about 45 minutes away. They are fast and do a good job. They removed my old scratched up tint (done by previous owner) and put on a new one, all windows and rear for $180 with felts.
The store is between the jack in the box and 76 station at 3045 Edinger Ave, Tustin - (949) 263-6700.

I've heard good words about Best Window Tinting from different threads.
There's also a place in rowland heights where I got my windows tinted. Its called Tint Zone. I personally think they did a great job. They were able to put the tint under my break lights and also have the tint go under the rubber in the 1/4 panels. They use Johnson&Johnson shampoo and water mix to put on my tint (not sure if the shampoo they put will make a difference). I can't comment much now until I can clean the window and check for air bubbles.
BTW. Costed me $220 installed because I wanted the tint with no metal and no dye compounds. I think a regular one will be $160.

Carlos is back at Best Tint in Tustin. He quoted me at $220 including moleskin. Only downside is he said he would only go 35% for the fronts and nothing darker. Can anyone confirm? I wanted to go one shade darker....

I just called today, he quoted me the same. They're booked up on saturdays until 7/14. The breakdown is $190 for tints + $30 for felt, labor included.
