Window Tint causing Navi Problems

I have read where people are worried that metallic tint would interfere with gps reception. I'm wondering if anyone has actually had this problem. I have my car scheduled to go in for tint on nov 1st (the guy does a great job he did my last car). He only uses metallic tint, so I tried putting a metallic tint that is supposed to have extra metal in it layered up over the rear deck where the gps receiver is supposed to be and still got reception so I think I'm good. I just wanna check with people to see if anyone has had a problem or not.

I dont know the brand, but 29 out of 30 times I have no problems. If I do have problems it takes a few minutes for it to fix itself.

I did get metallic tint first and I was having problems, then I switched to suntek ceramic film.
