I'm lookin to get 15% percent tint all around on the TL, but i was wondering if anyone had pictures of theirs. I just wanted to get an idea of what it would look like. I was thinking 15, or 5%...idk if I want to go all out gangsta with 5% though, that's bate for dem damn coppas!

damn bro, your TL is hella clean, i like that set up. looks like 5%, but that's probably cause of the tinted windshield. windshield tint is titties..

damn i wish i went 20% but those meter ppl they have in chicago are redic about giving tickets. i wish I lived in the burbs where they dont care as much.

I'll see if I can get a couple shots of mine. It has 5 all around. It had 35 on the front also but I got 3 tint tickets this summer so it had to go. I was tired of getting $200 tickets for the front

thanks, im a window tinter and ill warn you if your going darker than the legal limit you have to be willing to get a ticket for it. its a routine for me already but i love dark windows.

20% all around seems ideal based on what I've seen. Personally I did 35/20 for mine to lower my risk for tickets on the front (50% is the cutoff in ohio). I've passed by tons of cops and haven't been pulled over. Not sure if I could say the same thing if I had 15% on there lol

i read in the manual for my 07 TL-S that you have to be careful about tinting the rear window because is severely affects the GPS receiver and messes with the signal strength and so forth, is there any particular brand of tint you guys go with to tint the rear? my car actually came with 15% tint on the side windows but absolutely no tints on the back, which i think just looks silly, but i don't want to have horrible GPS signal either :/

you need non-metallic tint. the cheaper metallic tint can interfere with GPS signals.

I had 35% on my old 04 TSX SSM and it was nice. But when I put 20% on my 08 TL-S WDP, it was WOW!!

I ate these words with my CL. I got pulled over a lot for the windows and even though I only got 1 ticket but it became a PITA. It was so bad that I got pulled over by the same cop twice for it. The second time he just laughed and told me to go.

OP remember the quality of the tint will make a difference in how dark it will look as well. don't cheap out buy the good stuff
