You can get it to fit, but you'll have to wire the foglights.

Yes 07-08 Base or 07-08 TL-S bumper will fit the 04-06 Base. I did a 07-08 Base nose conversion on my 05. If you plan on getting a lip, I would select which version to go with, based on the lip. Base lip vs. TL-S lip is very different. Also, when you add everything up, it is somewhat expensive. All the grille parts add up, fog housings are not cheap either, quality paint work ect.

I'm not sure but I think he is asking if he can just change the bumper or does he have to swap out the grill and a bunch of other stuff too.

My Car came with a Type s front conversion.
You need the 07-08 type S front bumper, fog lights, bottom fog light grills (unless you have the Type s a-spec no need of fog light grill), Top front grill is bigger than a 04-06 TL, you need the mesh that goes behind the top front grill (only like $13 at dealership) you need the Chrome V shape grill that goes in the bumper, the chrome strip that goes on the front of the hood hood. and a bigger Chrome "A" emblem.
Just take a look at my album bellow.
https://acurazine.com/forums/members/melvin2816-242705-albums-my-nbp-05-type-s-front-m-t-418/
I now have the full A-spec kit so I no longer need the bottom fog light grills.
Good luck with your conversion.

well If you look at a 07-08 headlights they are different than the 04-06 because they have 2 projectors instead of just one.
Dont quote me but I think the headlights fit the same.

The 04-06 grilles are a slightly different shape than 07-08. 07-08 has a longer grille with a much larger emblem. The center piece and V-shape are not interchangeable. The lower grilles will not fit either, different shapes on the outer edge.

Headlights do not need to be changed.

1st get all the part numbers that you need.
2nd Call your local dealership and tell them that you need some prices on some parts.
3rd Try this site for OEM parts http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/jsp/home.jsp.
4th Do most of the work yourself and save some money.

Yes there is a different route.
People install 03 04 Honda accord forlights but it requires some cutting and treming. There are some threads. You just need little searching. =)
